All payments must be completed prior to shipping. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), as all shipments are fulfilled via FedEx Freight, which does not allow COD. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

We ship exclusively through FedEx Freight to ensure timely and secure delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and shipping method.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including used engines, transmissions, and auto parts, all sales are final. We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. R&J Auto Recycling and Parts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products.
